Pneumatic press

Pneumatic Assembly Press

Pneumatic assembly press controlled by PLC with NR12 (light curtain). This equipment is designed for industrial assembly processes, aiming to automate the pressing of parts/components and can be used in various applications by simply changing the base (part cradle) and pressing head. This equipment meets safety standards and therefore has a light curtain (light barrier) installed that immediately stops the equipment's operation when activated.

  • Guarantee

    A) Equipment: Full manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 (twelve) months after the shipping date. The shipping and return of parts under warranty to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer. Defects caused by improper use are excluded from the warranty. Full parts supply warranty for 10 years. B) Labor: 12 (twelve) months after the shipping date. Defects caused by improper use are excluded from the warranty. For equipment installed outside the municipality of Manaus, the travel and accommodation expenses of ATROM's technical personnel, incurred during equipment installation, training courses, and technical assistance calls, will be the responsibility of the customer. Service Limitations: Technical assistance within the service warranty period will be free of charge during business hours - MON - FRI from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Services performed at the request of a technical call outside business hours will be charged per hour of actual work, regardless of the call condition. Coverage: All parts and components subject to natural wear and tear, or wear caused by failure or lack of preventive maintenance and conservation, or by operational errors, or by intervention of third parties not qualified and not authorized by the manufacturer or supplier, are considered "out of warranty". Within the group of wear parts and components are all units of movement, friction, constant actuation and under the direct influence of an external supply source, such as compressed air, vacuum and water. The most common are: chains, guides, pulleys, toothed sprockets, belts, sheaves, bearings, bushings, air filters, filters in general, lenses, nozzles, limit switches, ejector valves, solenoid valves, pneumatic pistons, among other parts that are demonstrably parts and components subject to movement and wear. For services applied within this defined group, the technical hours spent on repair or replacement will be charged separately according to the standard technical hour rate table in effect at the time. Installation: Installation will be performed by an ATRON technician at no additional cost to the customer; however, for equipment installed outside the municipality of Manaus, travel, food, and accommodation expenses will be the customer's responsibility.
